Hawkes Development and Clubhouse, Ammon, Idaho.  Architect for Clubhouse and designed several standards including residential facades for design guidelines for new community east of Idaho Falls.

Echo Hills, Evergreen Colorado.  Design and construction of new full scribe log home. Included EPA Certified low-emission wood burning Finnish Stove, antique claw foot tubs, and custom forged hand rails and cabinet brackets.

Washington Park, Cheeseman Park, Baker's District, Denver Colorado.  Design and Construction of Numerous 'Pop Top' and 'Sunken Basement' Additions and Remodels, 'Scrapes' and New Duplexes, Craftsman Bungalow Styles.

The Glenns, Lakewood Colorado. Design and Construction of total restoration, completely down to the studs on the exterior, of 1939 cottage.

Washington Park Chapel, Denver Colorado.  Architect and Contractor for 'Pop Top' addition of Parsonage and remodel of church classrooms below.  Included new parking and patio site plan.
